RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To arrange an exchange it is very important to first contact our lovely customer service team on info@chozensurf.com.au we hope we will still have the size in stock so we can issue you an exchange. Please contact and return your item(s) back to us within 14 days of your purchase. We will offer you another size or gift voucher to the same value of your original purchase which you can use online or instore at Chozen Surf. Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years. 

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

All item(s) being exchanged must be in original condition, unworn with original packing, and tags attached. Receipt of purchase from Chozensurf.com.au should also be submitted with all exchanges. If any items being returned do not arrive in their original condition they may not be accepted (unless faulty).  

All Online sale items purchased through Chozensurf.com.au can not be returned for a refund or exchange either in-store or online.

Return postage is at the cost of the customer.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only given if the product has a manufacturing fault. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

AFTERPAY 

Afterpay are payment methods available at chozensurf.com.au and in our Australian retail stores. Afterpay set the terms, conditions and spend limit of this payment method should you choose to use it. Our regular INSTORE and ONLINE sales policies apply to these purchases. If you return your item(s) purchased online with Afterpay and are valid for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no extra charge. If you link your Afterpay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that standard fees and charges may be applicable.
